Known as the world’s largest open air laundry, “Mahalakshmi’s Dhobi Ghat is a must-see
attraction in Mumbai. In March 2011, it achieved the world record for the largest number of
people (496) simultaneously hand-washing clothes at a single location! Each day it is
estimated that a half a million pieces of clothing are sent here from various places to be
beaten clean, hung to dry, and pressed to crisp perfection!! Row upon row of open-air

1. Booking and Payment

2.2. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

3. Tour Itinerary

3.2. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1. Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
4.2. Comfortable walking shoes, appropriate clothing, and any necessary personal items should be brought by participants.
4.3. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Participants are required to inform the tour guide of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
5.2. The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
5.3. The tour will comply with all local health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 guidelines in place.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the tour guide, other participants, and local residents.
6.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the tour without a refund.
7. Photography and Media
7.1. Participants are welcome to take photographs during the tour for personal use.
7.2. The company may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.
8. Agreement
