About
Mumbai’s Dabbawalas carry and deliver freshly made food from customer’s home in a lunch box
(Dabba) and deliver it to offices. For 120 years, this incredible organization of 5,000 men have
delivered home-cooked food in “Dabbas” to over 2, 00,000 offices across Mumbai, every day. They
have an accuracy of 99.99996% and are so good that they have been appreciated by the British
Royal Family and Sir Richard Branson, and are a part of Harvard Business School’s curriculum. They
have been delivering happiness to individuals in the form of delicious food on time for more than a
century. Join us in an experience that includes a talk by our Raconteur and an activity where you can
deliver a Dabba given by the Raconteur, just to get the taste of a day in the life of a Dabbawala !
